Another drunk driver has needlessly taken the life of another. Early Thursday morning, Zhang Bailan was driving south on Highway 101 in San Francisco California. He had been drinking earlier that night, and struck another vehicle as he attempted to exit onto Third Street. The driver of the car Bailan struck suffered fatal injuries, and the driver’s passenger was rushed to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
