A Marin jury recently found the driver of a Golden Gate Transit bus guilty on charges prompted by an accident that occurred on February 5, 2006.  The driver allegedly attempted to run the cyclist off the road in retaliation for tapping on the bus and then intentionally striking the rider at a bus stop on Ward Street near its intersection with Magnolia Avenue in downtown Larkspur.  The district is now increasing bicycle awareness training.  For the victim, who suffered bodily injuries, the improved training program has come too late.  Click here to learn more.
