Proctor & Gamble has been marketing Vicks Early Defense Foaming Hand Sanitizer to school children as an antimicrobial product.  The only problem is, this product has not been proven safe or effective for this claim, and may not protect children from illness.  In response, the FDA issued a warning letter to Proctor & Gamble, informing the company to either comply with FDA standards, or refrain from unlawful marketing.
